Cafe Fuze is a new extension concept of Fuze House, an Infrared Heated Mat Pilates & Sculpt Studio with locations in Miami and New York City. We’re expanding our studio with a fresh new concept - an aesthetic coffee bar designed to complement movement and wellness. Our cafe will be a welcoming space for our studio community and local neighborhood to gather, refuel, and connect over quality coffee, snacks, and good vibes.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and friendly Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will serve delicious beverages, maintain a warm, clean, and organized space, and provide exceptional customer service to both our clients and walk-in guests.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee and matcha
- Provide welcoming, efficient service to all guests
- Handle customer transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of cafe area, equipment, and seating space
- Monitor inventory and communicate restocking needs
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations
- Contribute to a positive, community-focused environment aligned with the studio’s brand and values
- Any other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a barista or in hospitality required
- Friendly, professional, and reliable with strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and grow with a new concept
- Availability for early morning and weekend shifts
Compensation:
Part-time position, Pay: $18-22 per hour + all tips
