Responsabilidades Claves
- Dar la bienvenida y reconocer a todos los huspedes segn los estndares de la empresa, anticiparse y atender sus necesidades de servicio, y agradecerles con una genuina muestra de aprecio.
- Procesar el depsito diario en efectivo de mesas y mquinas tragamonedas.
- Procesar los depsitos diarios en efectivo.
- Conciliar los informes de boletos (TITO).
- Cumplir con los requisitos federales relacionados con la Prevencin de Lavado de Dinero y contra el Terrorismo, incluyendo CTRC, SARC, Lista de Personas Especialmente Designadas y Personas Bloqueadas, BSA, FTC, OFAC y la Ley de Privacidad de la Informacin.
- Cumplir con todas las regulaciones de juego y controles internos para asegurar el cumplimiento de leyes locales, estatales y federales.
- Seguir todos los protocolos de seguridad para garantizar la integridad y seguridad del cuarto de conteo y sus operaciones.
- Mantener el uniforme y la apariencia personal limpios y profesionales.
- Mantener la confidencialidad de la informacin confidencial; proteger los activos de la empresa.
- Cumplir con todas las polticas y procedimientos de seguridad y de la empresa; reportar accidentes, lesiones y condiciones laborales inseguras al gerente; y completar entrenamientos y certificaciones de seguridad.
- Realizar otras funciones razonables que le asigne su supervisor.
Cualificaciones
- Orientado al servicio y la hospitalidad
- Slidas habilidades numricas y analticas, gran atencin al detalle y capacidad para trabajar en un entorno dinmico. Tener experiencia con mquinas contadoras y conocimientos bsicos de software de computacin es una ventaja.
- Cumplir con todas las polticas y procedimientos relacionados con BSA/OFAC y la Ley contra el Lavado de Dinero, as como con las regulaciones de la PRTC.
- Obtener y mantener una licencia de juego, pasar una verificacin de antecedentes y estar dispuesto(a) a trabajar en un entorno seguro y restringido.
- Capacidad para estar de pie o sentado por perodos prolongados.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar en diferentes turnos, incluyendo noches, fines de semana y das feriados.
- Dominio completo del espaol e ingls (bilinge).
