Lead Direct Support Professional

Sevita

Sevita is seeking a Direct Support Lead to guide compassionate, person-centered care for individuals with disabilities in home and community-based settings. In this role, you’ll provide hands-on support with daily living, personal care, and community engagement while modeling best practices for direct support staff. You’ll help implement individualized service and behavior plans, ensure accurate documentation, and promote health and safety. Working in an inclusive, growth-focused culture, you’ll receive ongoing training, professional development, and the opportunity to advance your career while making a meaningful impact every day.
