About the Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant The Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant is the cultural representative of SiteMinder and our employer brand. This person is responsible for showing the active and passive candidate market what it’s like to be part of the SiteMinder team and will be engaging with prospective employees throughout AMERS and LATAM for various teams. What you’ll do Own the end‑to‑end recruitment process across AMERS and LATAM, for GTM teams plus other departments when needed Responsible for developing and executing on sourcing strategies that deliver the strongest results and make sure we’re bringing top talent into the business Understand what the company does and how each role fits into the business – qualifying quality candidates against the company, role and team culture Partner with hiring managers – building trust, keeping them updated on the talent market, implementing their feedback, giving advice when needed, demonstrating an understanding of their hiring needs and keeping them informed when hiring Work as part of a global TA team – while you will spend most of your day working independently, you also have a team to support you Provide a world‑class candidate experience – our company culture is demonstrated from the first contact Keep records updated, providing input for important reporting metrics and always trying to improve the recruitment process Manage up – knowing when to elevate potential issues, communicating with your manager and asking for support before it’s too late What you’ll have Previous experience hiring for GTM teams, in an in‑house recruitment in the AMERS and LATAM Strong background in headhunting, sourcing and building talent pipelines Able to influence and work with a wide range of stakeholders High attention to detail when working with the ATS A passion for delivering a stellar candidate experience Enjoys working with people and candidates from around the world Data‑driven and able to use data to lead conversations Our Perks & Benefits Mental health and well‑being initiatives Generous parental (including secondary) leave policy Paid birthday, study and volunteering leave every year Sponsored social clubs, team events, and celebrations Employee Resource Groups (ERG) to help you connect and get involved Investment in your personal growth offering training for your advancement We encourage people from underrepresented groups to apply. #J-18808-Ljbffr
