Listing Agent Opportunity

We are looking for a licensed real estate agent who wants to develop a strong seller focused business while earning rewarding commissions. This opportunity provides the structure, coaching, accountability, and practical experience needed to create a consistent pipeline of homeowners and grow your listing production over time.

You will learn how to identify potential sellers, create new business through prospecting and follow up, prepare for listing consultations, and guide homeowners through important decisions surrounding their sale. The focus is on building confidence in seller conversations while developing the communication and presentation skills that help turn relationships into signed listings.

Working alongside experienced real estate professionals, you will gain exposure to property preparation, comparative market analysis, pricing conversations, marketing strategies, offer negotiations, contracts, and transaction coordination. Proven systems and ongoing coaching will help you stay organized, improve your conversion skills, and create productive habits that support consistent results.

As your experience grows, you will learn how to build a dependable listing pipeline, generate repeat and referral opportunities, and establish lasting relationships with homeowners in your market. You will have the support of a collaborative team while developing the skills and consistency needed to create your own successful real estate business.

Compensation:

$150,000+ at plan

Responsibilities:

• Hold open houses and coordinate all home inspections and showings
• Attend closing processes to provide support to the customer when appropriate
• Acquire new leads from sales agents and reach out to them to set up listing appointments
• Oversee contract processes alongside buyer’s agents to negotiate contracts
• Reach out to all inquiries with the goal of converting leads into listing appointments

• Sales scripts and CRM mastery
• Generate new listing opportunities through prospecting and relationship building
• Conduct listing appointments and seller consultations
• Prepare comparative market analyses and pricing recommendations
• Develop customized marketing strategies for each property
• Coordinate home preparation prior to going on the market
• Communicate regularly with sellers throughout the listing process

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone
• Completes tasks quickly and efficiently
• Familiar with customer databases used to store private client information
• Able to conduct in-depth market research and showcases clear understanding of the real estate industry

• A real estate license is required in order to work with clients
