Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, part of Danaher, seeks an FP&A intern to support a finance transformation initiative centered on OneStream implementation. The role involves data validation, system testing, and stakeholder collaboration in a fast-paced analytical environment based in Brea, California.

Responsibilities

Validate data and conduct system tie-outs for OneStream go-live readiness
Support development and testing of OneStream templates and reports
Investigate and resolve data discrepancies and mapping issues
Synthesize findings into clear insights and recommendations for stakeholders
Partner with FP&A teams to train users and support template adoption

Requirements

Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or related field
Strong analytical skills with ability to validate and reconcile financial data
Proficiency in Excel for data analysis
Familiarity with OneStream or similar EPM systems preferred
Experience with data validation, reconciliation, or financial analysis projects preferred

Compensation: $28 USD per hour
