General Urology opening in NY Located in Cooperstown, NY Full-Time, PermanentA progressive academic health system in central New York is seeking a General Urologist to join an established, well-supported team in Cooperstown. This employed opportunity offers strong earning potential, robotics access, teaching involvement, visa sponsorship, and a built-in referral base.

• Join an established Urology team of 4 physicians and 3 APCs
• 180-bed primary hospital with Level III Trauma Center
• Strong referral base from 100+ Primary Care Clinicians
• Full support staff, including APCs, surgical residents, and medical students
• State-of-the-art ORs with dedicated Xi DaVinci Surgical System
• Teaching opportunities with Columbia Bassett Medical Students and General Surgery Residents
• Call limited to the primary hospital; APCs take first inpatient call
• Some regional travel for patient care
• J-1 and H-1B visa sponsorship available
Compensation & Recruitment Package:
• Salary range: $515,000 - $619,000
• Incentive plan with no earnings cap and strong first-year upside potential
• Sign-on bonus up to $200,000
• Residency stipend up to $60,000 available up to 18 months prior to graduation, if applicable
• Group employed model
Job Qualifications:
• MD, DO or MBBS
• Board Eligible or Board Certified
• NYS Licensure
• BLS Certification Required
• DEA Required
