Cocktail Server

Alida Harper Fowlkes was a celebrated entrepreneur within the city. We seek the Cocktail Server that knows and appreciates the art of the drink. This individual is knowledgeable about both traditional and creative libations ranging from classic cocktails to craft beers and makes recommendations to those seeking new experiences. They increase customer retention and loyalty by serving quality beverages with impeccable service and warm hospitality.


Requested Tasks:

• Knowledge of menu and presentation standards
• Establish rapport with guests to build customer loyalty and relay feedback to leadership
• Through understanding and knowledge of food and beverage menu options; able to adeptly make recommendations to guests

Requested Capabilities:

• Ability to create meaningful relationships with guests
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to carry food and drink trays
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Approachable and personable personality.
