You will be a creative developer of multimedia learning opportunities. This dynamic position includes developing interactive video and simulation content to train our client base on our software products. You will also be responsible for writing and updating software documentation. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (required); degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or a related field is preferred Strong written and oral communication skills Video and screen casting tool experience; experience with Adobe Captivate is a plus Experience with animation software and software simulation capture is a plus Must live in or be willing to relocate to Southwest Charlotte Primary Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Consulting team to summarize content requirements accurately and design instructional materials Design and develop engaging, informative, and visually compelling online learning objects and courses, including text, graphics, interactions, and software simulations Collaborate with eLearning team to plan multimedia projects Edit, write, and narrate scripts Update multimedia projects as needed Create design ideas for developers to improve the software Edit, write, and update software documentation, including manuals and white papers Deploy multimedia projects onto our learning platforms Company Benefits: Full benefits package including medical, dental, life, and disability insurance, 401K, paid vacation, sick days, and holidays Salary depends on experience in software implementation and the logistics industry Compensation will be negotiated based on experience and skills Opportunities for career advancement within our organization #J-18808-Ljbffr Camelot Consulting, Inc.
