Banding Operator - DAY shift

Charter Steel is looking for a DAY shift Banding Operator - $2,000 Sign on bonus! Don't just read the job, watch your future: Banding | Day Shift (5AM - 5PM) | $24.25/hr Enter and monitor order data into the computer. Accurately identify coils by printing and applying tags throughout the process. Operate coil compactor and other coil handling equipment. Operate hydraulic and pneumatic hand tools. Operate a forklift. Teamwork & communication is essential in this role Follow all safety & quality procedures Frequent standing, walking, kneeling. Push/pull, and lifting up to 20lbs. Reaching over 15" away from your body Why Work Here: Schedule: 12 hour shifts on our 5-2-2-5 schedule. You would work 5 day on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 5 days off; Have every other weekend off! Bonus: A $2,000 SIGN‑ON BONUS paid out after 90 days + quarterly bonuses + annual profit‑sharing bonus! Team player who works well and communicates with others Background in manufacturing or industrial production, assembly, warehouse, welding, construction, metals, steel, or other hands on jobs Forklift & Overhead Crane experience is a plus!
