Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accreditedmedical school
\n
• Completion of anACGME-accredited Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation residency
\n
• Fellowship training ordemonstrated expertise in Cancer Rehabilitation/Oncology Rehabilitationpreferred

• Board Certified or BoardEligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
\n
• Eligible for medicallicensure in the State of Rhode Island
