Curriculum Coordinator

Position Description Reporting to the Associate Dean of Academic Affairs and Assessment, the Curriculum Coordinator supports the advancement of The Valley College of Osteopathic Medicine mission by supporting the design, implementation, assessment/evaluation and continuous improvement of the curriculum. This position supports the delivery of foundational medical education in alignment with osteopathic principles and practices, institutional values, and accreditation standards. The coordinator serves as a strategic team member to faculty and leadership, and to the Director of Academic Technology, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and learner-centered excellence. Qualifications Undergraduate degree, with master's degree preferred in education, health professions, instructional design, or related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in curriculum coordination, instructional support, or academic program management in higher education or health professions. Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills. Knowledge of curriculum mapping, mapping tools, learning management systems, and data analysis platforms. Commitment to mission-driven education and learner-centered practices. Preferred familiarity with osteopathic medical education, COMLEX competencies, and accreditation standards (e.g., COCA, LCME).
