This role will join our growing group of neurosurgeons and APPs.**Program highlights:*** Join a well-established, growing comprehensive multidisciplinary spine program* Collaborate with an experienced team of neurosurgical spine specialists* Benefit from extensive inpatient and outpatient physiatry services* Practice within a large, employed multispecialty medical group* Established neurohospitalist coverage and robust outpatient neurology resources* Part of a larger system (MultiCare) with a transfer center**Qualifications:*** MD or DO from an accredited medical school* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurosurgery* Completion of an accredited Neurosurgery residency program* Spine fellowship required* Training in minimally invasive surgery preferred* Willingness to take call for a level 2 trauma center* WA medical license prior to start date**Compensation & Benefits:*** Generous value based compensation model: $919k - 1.5M* Excellent benefits, PTO and 5-7% retirement match (fully vested)* 1 week CME & 5k CME funds* Relocation assistance available* Malpractice + tail coverage* Loan Forgiveness: Overlake qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)**About Bellevue & Seattle’s Eastside**Located just minutes from Seattle, Bellevue and the Eastside offer an exceptional quality of life in one of the nation's most desirable regions.
