Whether it’s customer service, patrols, or surveillance, we need you to adapt with agility and precision. What’s in it for you: Set schedule: Must have open availability to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift as needed. Competitive hourly wage of $15.50 - $18.16 per hour. Conduct patrols to spot any suspicious activity. Control access points and verify identities. Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats. Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security. Write detailed reports on events and incidents. Collaborate with authorities during serious situations. Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property. Qualifications for Flex Security Guard: Be authorized to work in the U.S. Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED. Pass an extensive screening process. Be able to think quickly and adapt to changing situations. Have responsive and strong problem solving skills. If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better! Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check. Must have open availability to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift as needed. Must be at least 21 years of age.
