$125,500 - $155,750 at plan yearly

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement personalized financial strategies for clients, ensuring their unique needs and goals are met.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
• Stay informed about industry trends and new products to provide clients with the best possible advice and solutions.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies, enhancing overall client satisfaction and success.
• Conduct regular reviews of clients' financial plans, making adjustments as needed to align with their evolving circumstances.
• Educate clients on financial products and services, empowering them to make informed decisions about their financial futures.
• Utilize advanced technology and tools to streamline processes and improve client interactions and service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required to effectively share complex ideas.

• Ability to engage your community and leverage unique nest prospecting strategies and networks.

• A growth mindset and sales experience are strongly preferred.

• Solid business expertise and knowledge.

• Possess uncompromising integrity.

• Enterprising mindset.

• Ability to be coachable.

• Competitive but works well as a member of a team.

• Basic familiarity with CRM systems.
