Present findings and recommendations based on sales data analysis Create business intelligence reports, including market share, sales growth, and inventory turns Identify new sales opportunities by analyzing sales performance across various market segments Participate in projects reviewing and evolving Bobcat's annual sales contract Create dashboards to automate and monitor sales performance Requirements Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, or Senior standing Seeking a degree in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field Ability to draw conclusions and present findings based on data Ability to independently work through a project from start to finish with limited supervision Ability to work collaboratively on a team Ability to identify problems, make recommendations, and provide creative and realistic solutions Ability to self-manage time and set priorities amid multiple project requests and deadlines Organization to complete projects in line with expectations and deadlines Strong communication skills, including listening, quickly understanding new projects, proactively communicating concerns, and effectively presenting to a group Can-do attitude and ability to enthusiastically deliver results to department managers Travel required: Core Competencies Demonstrates strong analytical skills to present findings and recommendations based on sales data analysis, while effectively creating business intelligence reports and dashboards to monitor sales performance.
