Proposal Analyst

Supporting the proposal development process, the full-time Proposal Analyst will acquire necessary information, advise on proposal-related matters, and ensure compliance with client specifications while working remotely. Key responsibilities Acquires information and resources to develop accurate and complete proposals Analyzes proposal requirements and coordinates proposal-related activities to meet deadlines Reviews and edits proposal content for clarity, consistency, and adherence to guidelines Required qualifications 1-2 years of experience in proposal support, technical writing, or a related field Demonstrated RFP writing experience, preferably in proposal development Understanding of basic proposal processes, RFP structures, and compliance requirements Ability to manage multiple deadlines and coordinate activities effectively Preferred Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
