Manage our projects from start to finish, anticipating challenges and overcoming obstaclesControl the time, cost, and quality of construction projectsDeveloping and maintaining appropriate logs for submittals, shop drawings, RFI logs, etc.. (any project documentation)Review and shop drawings and submittals to ensure compliance with contract documentation requirements and coordination of work between appropriate parties.Cultivate strong relationships with our staff, clients, subcontractors and business partnersMaintain project schedules, budgets, workflow and productivityWhat You Bring to the TableExperience within the Construction IndustryMust possess the ability to read and understand project documents, e.g., drawings, specifications, RFI's, submittals, subcontracts, and the owner agreement terms and conditions specific to this role.Must possess working knowledge of or demonstrate willingness to learn how to use the following software applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe, Bluebeam, Procore/Project Sight, P6 Primavera, MS Project, Viewpoint, Viewpoint Field Work Center, and HCSS.Ability to both manage and be part of a teamAbility to develop strong business plansExperience utilizing Microsoft products + scheduling softwareExcellent written and verbal communication skillsReeves Young is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
