We are in search of a highly motivated candidate to join our talented Team.Job Title: Technology Program ManagerLocation(s): Austin, TX Visa Requirement: US Citizens Only Job Summary The Technology Program Manager will support project delivery while contributing to business development efforts. The role requires strong consulting, transformation, ERP, and client management experience.Key responsibilities include:Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders on business challenges.Design and implement strategic initiatives aligned with client priorities.Build and nurture client relationships.Develop expertise in one or more practice areas.Contribute to business development initiatives.ResponsibilitiesGuide clients on Finance transformation and ERP strategy, including:Ambition settingMaturity assessmentsOperational improvement across processes, technology, and organizationDigital tools and solution recommendationsTarget operating model developmentShared Service Center (SSC) designDevelop the case for change, including business cases covering people, process, technology, and data for enterprise digital-core transformations.Optimize functional performance across organization, process, and technology.Design and transition clients to new operating models.Establish and manage Transformation Offices serving as control towers across multiple programs.Lead and manage cross-functional teams working locally and virtually.Identify and develop opportunities with clients to enhance value delivery.Required Skills and ExperienceConsulting experience in:Finance transformationERP consulting, including maturity assessments, vendor evaluations, and transformation roadmapsProcess consulting and re-engineeringTarget operating modelsBusiness case developmentIn-depth experience with core SAP S/4HANA enterprise functions.Experience implementing or consulting on Central Finance.End-to-end knowledge of the Record-to-Report process, including intercompany and consolidation.Experience owning project delivery or workstreams from workshops through CXO-level presentations.Organizational change management experience.Outsourcing and shared services experience.Strong planning, organization, and resource management skills.Excellent communication, client management, and negotiation skills.Preferred SkillsExperience or knowledge of BlackLine and/or OneStream.Ampcus is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
