Job Description As a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day! Your Responsibilities Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest to help them find exactly what they’re looking for, with a “friends first” mindset. Be passionate about AE & Aerie product, educate guests on product details, and make product suggestions to fit their needs. Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests. Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed. Proactively resolve guest concerns while sticking to company policy. Assist your team to get the job done. Adhere to AEO’s policies & procedures and act with integrity. You'd Be Great For This Role If Love interacting with people. Full of energy and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Available to work when guests shop (even evenings, weekends & holidays). Love AE and Aerie products. Have worked in retail before. Are at least 18 years of age. Subject to eligibility requirements, associates may be eligible to receive paid sick leave and AEO may provide real rewards at its discretion.
