Work You’ll Do As a Senior Consultant, Technical Transformation on the Enterprise Asset Management team, you will be responsible for… Lead the design and implementation of Enterprise Asset Management capabilities on an existing ServiceNow platformTranslate business and functional requirements into technical architecture, solution design, and development plansCreate development timelines, sequencing plans, and delivery estimates for platform enhancements and implementation activitiesGuide junior developers through configuration, development, testing, and deployment activities across the delivery lifecyclePartner with stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to support solution decisions, risk management, and implementation outcomes A successful candidate would possess these skills: Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a teamEffective written and verbal communication skillsMeticulous attention to detail and quality of work product The Team Deloitte’s Government & Public Services (GPS) practice – our people, ideas, technology and outcomes – is designed for impact. Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree2+ years of experience implementing, configuring, or enhancing ServiceNow solutionsExperience supporting Enterprise Asset Management, Hardware Asset Management, Software Asset Management, or IT Asset Management processes in ServiceNowExperience creating solution architecture, technical design documentation, and development estimates or timelines for platform initiativesExperience leading developers or coordinating technical work across implementation or enhancement projectsExperience gathering requirements and translating them into platform configuration or development tasksAbility to travel 0–25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this roleMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.Preferred:Active Secret Clearance or higher preferredServiceNow Certified System Administrator certificationExperience working on ServiceNow implementations in a large enterprise environmentExperience with system integrations, data migration, or platform release management in ServiceNowExperience working in Agile or Scrum-based delivery environments The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $119,000 to $218,300. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
