Job Description
The supports the business operations of state agencies through a variety of services, including building management and maintenance, information technology, centralized contracting and procurement, budget and financial management, space planning and leasing, construction management, motor vehicle fleet operations, and oversight of the state retirement systems. This position is with the Agency Services area of DTMB.
This position reports to the Information Technology Manager (ITM) for DTMB Agency Services and assists the Client Specialist in the tactical and operational coordination and communication of information technology services to the client agency. This position is responsible for tactical and operational coordination and communication of information technology services to the client agency. This client support position works in conjunction with their manager, the BRM, and client specialist in prioritization of assignments based on a detailed knowledge of business needs. This position must be able to provide support for IT solutions and strategies with a high degree of direct contact with client agency program managers and directors as well as Infrastructure Services management and the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) on major projects.
DTMB does not participate in STEM-OPT. SIGNING BONUS:
This position may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $2,500. Up to $1,250 to be paid upon new hire and the remainder to be paid after satisfactory completion of the initial probationary period (12-month period). This does not apply to current state employees. ITPA P11 -- Position Description
