Cleaning Trainer & Office Manager

Bilingual Spanish and English Cleaning Trainer & Office Manager The primary function of this role is to oversee the office, providing continuous support to staff and administration. General duties include training new team members in Merry Maids cleaning techniques and procedures. Primary Responsibilities Arrive at work on time and in full uniform. Show and review training and safety video presentations with team members. Demonstrate proper cleaning procedures on-the-job. Ensure proper use of cleaning products and equipment. Inspect rooms after cleaning and provide feedback. Review service reports and ensure completion. Review daily vacuum maintenance. Show team members how to refill cleaning kits. Communicate with customers and potential customers. Follow lead sheet communication practice. Adjust schedules as needed. Complete evaluation reports with the franchise owner/manager. Secondary Responsibilities Filling in during team member absences. Maintaining a clean office appearance. Contributing to a positive work climate. Performing other reasonable duties as assigned. Essential Qualifications Speaking and hearing English clearly. Reading English at an average adult level. Special Requirements Ability to drive to work sites. Ability to withstand physical contact with allergens and cleaning solutions. Ability to lift 20 pounds and perform physical tasks. Ability to wash hard surface floors on hands and knees.
