This is a sales-focused opportunity for someone who enjoys talking with customers, building relationships, identifying their insurance needs, and closing business. The ideal candidate is competitive, goal-oriented, confident on the phone, and motivated by achieving and exceeding sales goals.

About the Role

As an Insurance Sales Professional, your primary focus will be generating new business and growing our book of business. You will work with new and existing customers to quote and sell auto, home, life, and other insurance products while providing excellent customer service.

You will have access to leads, multiple insurance markets, training, marketing support, and ongoing coaching to help you succeed.

Responsibilities

• Contacting and following up with new insurance leads
• Quoting and selling auto, home, life, and other insurance products
• Building relationships with prospective and existing customers
• Identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional coverage
• Following up consistently to turn leads into customers
• Meeting and exceeding monthly sales and production goals
• Providing a professional and positive customer experience
• Asking for the sale and confidently handling customer objections
