Friday-Sunday, 5:00am-5:30pm

What You’ll Do:

• Respond to orders, general client inquiries, invoice questions, and client complaints
• Resolve issues related to orders, delivery dates, and service
• Determine the root cause of client concerns, identify and explain the best solution, and expedite corrections or adjustments
• Follow up to ensure every issue is fully resolved

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma
• Strong client service and active listening skills
• Effective problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
• Freight forwarding knowledge
• Solid documentation skills with a focus on quality and accuracy
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
