Senior Supply Chain Systems Analyst

Summary The Senior Systems Analyst – Supply Chain is a Workday subject‑matter expert who leads cross‑functional optimization projects, drives business‑as‑usual process improvement initiatives, and develops new system strategies across multiple systems and entities to align with organizational goals. The analyst provides advanced consultative and analytical services to optimize utilization, improve data integrity, and streamline the Supply Chain landscape. Core Success Factors Instill Trust and Value Differences Patient and Community Focus and Collaborate Responsibilities Partners with internal and external stakeholders to develop and support comprehensive Supply Chain solutions, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives and the Workday ERP roadmap; presents actionable recommendations to senior leadership. Serves as an expert on advanced Workday Supply Chain modules, stays current with Workday’s features through webinars and the Workday Community, and consults stakeholders on solutions to optimize operations. Leads or supports complex, cross‑functional initiatives, migrations, and upgrades; collaborates with SMEs, team members, and stakeholders to develop proposals, project plans, and system designs. Configures and tests complex Supply Chain business processes, manages integrations, and provides Tier 2 support, troubleshooting system issues and mentoring junior analysts. Creates and maintains detailed system documentation, leads bi‑annual releases, develops testing guidance, and supports reporting and analytics initiatives. Builds Enterprise Builder Integrations for complex mass data uploads and validates data integrity. May support other systems and perform additional duties as needed. Minimum Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Experience: 3 years of related experience. Proficiency in Workday required; Workday Certification is a plus. Proficiency in reporting tools, advanced Excel, SharePoint, MS Teams, and other Microsoft 365 applications. Strong understanding of Supply Chain processes and industry best practices. Experience with root‑cause analysis and process improvement methodologies. Demonstrated analytical, problem‑solving, and attention‑to‑detail skills.
