$75,000 - $105,000 at plan

Responsibilities:

• Connect with potential clients to understand their financial goals and offer tailored life insurance solutions.
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, ensuring their long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
• Educate clients on the benefits and options of life insurance, empowering them to make informed decisions.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Stay informed about industry trends and product updates to provide clients with the most relevant and effective solutions.
• Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively managing your pipeline and closing deals with integrity.
• Participate in community events and networking opportunities to expand your client base and enhance brand visibility in the Atlanta area.

Qualifications:

• Experience in sales, preferably within the insurance industry, to effectively connect with potential clients.

• Ability to build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, ensuring their long-term satisfaction.

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, demonstrating effective pipeline management and deal closure.

• Strong communication skills to educate clients on life insurance benefits and options, empowering informed decisions.

• Ability to collaborate with team members, sharing insights and strategies to foster a culture of continuous learning.

• Knowledge of industry trends and product updates to provide clients with the most relevant and effective solutions.
