Certification; Three (3) years experience as a nurse in a skilled nursing or long term care facility is preferred; Prior experience managing a nursing department or unit. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Avantara Watertown by assisting with supervising the activities of all clinical staff on your assigned unit, providing guidance and education to clinical staff, assisting with instilling a positive and inclusive facility culture, ensuring established infection prevention practices are maintained and ensuring adequate staffing for our resident's needs.
