Registered Nurse - Endoscopy

Role Overview The Registered Nurse (RN) provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness. Key Responsibilities Coordinate patient care with other departments to ensure quality outcomes. Maintain patient rights and confidentiality of health information. Perform duties aligned with organizational mission, values, and standards. Assess patient conditions, deliver direct care, and evaluate caregiver performance. Qualifications & Skills Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN). Valid RN license in the applicable state or compact licensure. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, CPHON, OCN, or other unit-specific credentials may be required.
