Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections of materials and finished products
- Identify defects, inconsistencies, and non-conforming items
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate records
- Communicate quality issues to supervisors and production teams
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
- Assist with audits and quality improvement initiatives
- Use measuring tools and testing equipment as required
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous quality control or manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret basic specifications or blueprints
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25-50 lbs as needed
