Sr. Customer Success Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Customer Success Manager to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space. This role will focus on strengthening strategic client partnerships and driving adoption of solutions that support customer outcomes in a remote, high-touch environment. You will work closely with executive stakeholders to align success plans, anticipate risks, and help expand long-term relationships. The position calls for a proactive relationship manager who can combine consultative insight with disciplined customer health monitoring to reduce churn and support growth.
