Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Radio Account Executive to develop and maintain relationships with local businesses, helping them grow through customized advertising solutions. As a Radio Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing accounts, and providing excellent customer service to our clients. Responsibilities: Sell radio advertising solutions across both WNBH Big 101.3 and WCTK. Prospect new clients and develop new revenue streams through effective outreach and networking. Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure long‑term business success. Develop customized marketing plans that meet client objectives, utilizing radio, digital, and promotional opportunities. Collaborate with the creative and programming teams to develop compelling ad campaigns and strategies. Negotiate and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering strong partnerships. Track and analyze client campaign performance to ensure they meet or exceed expectations. Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales goals. Qualifications: Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships. Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to think creatively and strategically to offer clients effective advertising solutions. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Compensation and Benefits: Competitive salary with commission and bonus structure.
