Senior Manager Clinical Drug Supply & Logistics

Responsibilities

• Oversee investigational product supply planning, forecasting, and inventory management across clinical programs
• Manage IP shipment orders, returns, destruction, and expiry tracking to ensure regulatory compliance
• Lead Interactive Response Technology implementation and monitor clinical supply activities through study lifecycle
• Manage vendor relationships, budgets, and service delivery for distribution and IVRS vendors
• Represent clinical drug supply on cross-functional study teams and escalate IP-related issues

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of clinical drug supply or logistics experience
• Expertise in investigational product forecasting, planning, and distribution management
• Knowledge of Interactive Response Technologies (IVRS/IWRS) systems
• Understanding of regulatory compliance and pharmaceutical manufacturing timelines
• Experience managing third-party vendors and budgets
• Cross-functional collaboration with clinical, quality, regulatory, and manufacturing teams
