Prepare food according to specifications; plan productions and mass productions; prepare for seasonality; adhere to food safety, sanitation, cold chain, inventory management; operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment; demonstrate understanding of product and layout execution. Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve customer experience, and elevate associate engagement; use handheld technology for production, ordering, pickup orders, training, and product quality; adapt to new tools and encourage use. Drive area performance; stock and rotate merchandise; enforce quality and date control standards; eliminate waste; provide member service, assist with purchasing decisions, accept payment types, locate merchandise, resolve member issues. Advocate for the brand; inspire respectful, supportive, team-oriented style; address roadblocks and assist training. Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics; use Open Door Policy. Complete assignments and priorities using policies, data, resources; collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers; identify priorities, deadlines, expectations; communicate progress; recommend improvement opportunities; adapt to change and feedback.
