CONCESSIONS SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

Job Details Position: Concessions Supervisor (full-time) Location: Rutgers Athletics - 1 Scarlet Knight Way, Piscataway, NJ 08854 Schedule: Full-time; days and hours vary based on events. Nights and weekends required. Pay: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour Referral bonus available to internal employees. Applications accepted online only. Job Summary Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide training and create work schedules. Evaluate employees’ performance, reward high performers, and discipline those who fail to meet standards. Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets quality, productivity, and safety expectations. Act as contact person for employee complaints or time‑off requests. Serve as a mentor, develop staff, and encourage goal setting and advancement. Perform additional duties as assigned.
