Maintenance II

Location: Arlington, TX 76001
Pay: $22.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

Regal Staffing Services is hiring an experienced Maintenance II professional for a leading industrial manufacturing company in the Arlington area. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on maintenance professional with experience in preventative maintenance, equipment repair, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

Perform preventative maintenance on industrial equipment and machinery
Troubleshoot and diagnose basic mechanical and equipment issues
Perform basic repairs and adjustments to maintain equipment functionality
Assist with the assembly and installation of new equipment
Diagnose basic problems with inoperative equipment
Support a safe, clean, and efficient production environment
Follow established safety and maintenance procedures
Obtain and maintain required forklift and crane certifications

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in preventative maintenance and basic repairs
Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on troubleshooting skills
Experience with industrial machinery or manufacturing equipment preferred
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic equipment problems
Must have a current, valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Must be at least 21 years old
Must be able to obtain and maintain forklift and crane certifications
Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
