Maintenance Technician

Role Description The Maintenance Technician is a full-time, on-site role located in Chamblee, GA. This role is responsible for performing routine and corrective maintenance on building systems, equipment, and facilities to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, completing repairs, conducting preventive maintenance, and assisting with industrial and property-related maintenance projects. The Maintenance Technician will respond to service requests, maintain accurate maintenance records, collaborate with property management and contractors, and support compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Qualifications Strong skills in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair across building and facility systems. Proficiency in Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and systems issues in a property or industrial environment. Experience with Preventive Maintenance programs to reduce downtime and extend equipment life. Background in Industrial Maintenance, including familiarity with tools, machinery, and safety procedures. High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in maintenance, HVAC, electrical, or plumbing is an asset. Ability to read and interpret manuals, work orders, and basic technical drawings. Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills. Capacity to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, standing, and working in varied environments, with appropriate accommodations as needed. Commitment to safety practices and adherence to company and regulatory requirements. Previous experience in property or facilities maintenance is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
