Registered Nurse Medical Surgical

$1836.00/week - Job Summary: Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a Medical Surgical setting, ensuring safety and patient comfort. Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive care and adhere to facility policies. Responsibilities: Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders. Monitor patient conditions and record responses to interventions. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and documentation standards. Support patient education and discharge planning needs. Maintain current certifications and licenses as required. Qualifications: Hold a valid TN state license or compact multi-state license. Possess at least 1 year of recent Medical Surgical nursing experience. Maintain current BLS, ACLS, NIH, and CPI certifications (or MAB equivalent). Demonstrate comfort working with forensic and inpatient populations.
