Job Summary:

Coordinates registration activities: Consults with others to devise registration schedules and implement procedures. Analyzes statistical data on registration for administrative use. Exchanges student information with other units. Prepares and transmits student training records. Prepares statistical reports on training activities for government agencies and interprets registration policies to instructors and students.

Education and Experience:

• Active Secret Clearance
• High School Diploma
• Two (2) years of FTU unit level registrar/current operations or similar (e.g., Training Manager)
• MilPDS experience desired

Essential Duties:

• Manage and maintain student records from inbound through graduations/evaluation
• Compile information, such as class schedules and graduation requirements
• Verify students have completed perquisites before entering training (e.g., survival training) or notify appropriate personnel of discrepancies prior to class start
• Creates training folders
• Update MilPDS
• Update Government provided training database with student information
• Collect and track statistical PFT data for student entry, end of course completion and graduation reporting

Knowledge, Skill and Abilities:

• Ability to identify problems and recommend solutions, with minimal direction.
• Collect and track statistical Data

The projected salary range for this position is $21.85- $26.91 and is based on experience and contractual requirements. However, this is not a guarantee of salary.
