Forklift Operator/Fabrication Shop Laborer (Forklift Experience Required)Starting at $20.00+/hr + Overtime OpportunitiesIf you are looking to get your foot in the door with a company that invests in your growth, this role offers hands-on experience, steady hours, and the chance to build valuable skills, with overtime opportunities.Essential Duties and Functions:Safely and efficiently operate a forklift within designated guidelinesLoad and unload materials from trucksTransport materials across the facility in a safe, organized mannerInspect equipment to ensure safe operationAssist with general shop operations and maintenance tasksMaintain awareness and take action to prevent hazardsDemonstrate reliable and consistent attendanceBuilding forms and bending rebar to specificationsShop yard maintenanceSmall equipment operations (Dozers and forklifts)Qualifications:MUST HAVE previous forklift experienceStrong desire to learn new responsibilities and grow with the companyAbility to work independently with a safety-focused attitudeReliable performance, punctuality, and attendanceAbility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays when neededAbility to pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screening and background checkWork Environment:Exposure to machinery, outdoor weather conditions, and vibrationFrequent wet or humid conditions; loud work environmentTypical schedule: 8–12 hour shifts, 5–7 days/week during peak season; occasional night workPhysical Requirements:Frequent walking, standing, sitting, and reaching (waist to shoulder height)Occasional lifting/pushing/pulling 50–75 lbsOccasional bending, kneeling, crawling, squatting, climbingAbility to maintain required vision (close, distance, depth perception)JENNMAR Services, our employees are our most important assets and is committed to them with competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits plan, including 401(k).
