Welder - 1st Shift

$20 - $26 per hour

Summary:This Direct Hire welding role offers strong pay and consistent weekday hours in a production-focused setting. This position focuses on producing quality welds while supporting an efficient, safety-focused operation.

Hours: Monday - Thursday 5:00am-3:30pm

Pay: $20.00-$26.00/hr depending on experience

Responsibilities:Perform MIG and flux core welding on mild steel and stainless steel

Set up and operate welding equipment safely and correctly

Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and work instructions

Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet quality standards

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Follow established safety procedures and production guidelines

QualificationsAt least three years of welding experience in a manufacturing environment

Proficiency with MIG and flux core welding processes

Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately

Familiarity with metal fabrication practices

Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals

Reliable attendance and punctuality
