ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
- Cleaning of all offices according to a preset schedule.
- At the conclusion of the day, kitchens throughout the building need to be inspected and cleaned as necessary. Of primary importance is the executive kitchen. It should be the Last job item performed each day. The dishwasher on the executive side needs to be loaded and started at this time in addition to the general cleanup. The order of importance for the kitchens is as follows: Executive side, Main Kitchen, HR kitchen, Billing kitchen, Dispatch kitchen. The executive side must be cleaned each day. In the event that the kitchen can not be cleaned, it must be communicated to the executive office manager.
- Communicate with maintenance supervisor if supplies are needed.
- Assist in setting up for company events.
- Replinish & stock supplies within the building.
- Perform other duties as defined by Supervisor as necessary to facilitate office cleanliness and upkeep.
