Process and close batch orders Receive incoming shipments and put material away Generate documents for outbound shipments Schedule trucks to pick up outbound shipments Maintain a working knowledge of all SOPs associated with the process Maintain an acceptable attendance record Perform all additional functions as assigned Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience in printing, ink manufacturing, or a related production environment preferred Strong attention to detail and color accuracy Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Basic computer and documentation skills Strong problem-solving and communication skills Commitment to safety and quality standards Must work safely in accordance with site and corporate policies at all times Follow verbal instructions from management Accurately and thoroughly complete all documents Must be able to analyze work and complete work efficiently Must have good computer skills Must have SAP experience Must be able to stand for up to 80% of the day Must be able to work any shift Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen Core Competencies Demonstrates strong attention to detail and color accuracy while processing and closing batch orders in a fast-paced production environment.
