Make a meaningful impact supporting students’ communication and learning by providing in-person speech-language pathology services for diverse learners. Multiple contract opportunities are available for licensed Speech-Language Pathologists in the greater York and New Oxford/Gettysburg areas, focusing on Early Intervention and K-12 students. These roles are ideal for professionals who thrive in a school-based environment and are passionate about helping students achieve their full potential.

Qualifications:

• Active Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathology license (CCC required)
• Pennsylvania teaching certification
• Experience in school-based SLP settings, supporting regular education and students with autism preferred
• Comfortable working across multiple buildings and managing caseloads of 50–55 students, depending on role
• Strong communication, case management, and paperwork/documentation skills
• Early Intervention experience (ages 3-5) is a plus for specific positions
• Commitment to on-site service delivery (no virtual/remote option)
• Clinical Fellows considered (if agency covers supervision fee); SLPAs not accepted

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech/language therapy to students, utilizing evidence-based practices
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Conduct assessments, interpret results, and participate in IEP meetings
• Manage caseloads spanning regular and special education, autistic support, and Early Intervention populations
• Complete documentation and case management efficiently, with dedicated paperwork time (for relevant roles)
• Collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and school teams

Available Roles:

• K-12 SLPs for two elementary schools (Northeastern School District), Mon–Fri, 8:00–3:30, school year schedule
• Early Intervention SLP (ages 3-5), year-round with frequent breaks, dedicated paperwork time
• Additional SLP/SLPA position in an elementary setting (school year, specific location assigned upon hire)
