The Front Office Oral Surgery Team Member plays a vital role in ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience for patients at the practice. This position involves managing patient interactions, appointment scheduling, multiphone line system and front desk operations, using the WinOMS software system. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, detail-oriented, and dependable, capable of handling a busy environment with over 60+ patients daily and busy phone and referral system.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in/out patients promptly and courteously
• Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently
• Manage referrals and schedule promptly
• Multi tasking with a busy phone system
• Maintain and update patient records accurately using WinOMS
• Provide excellent customer service
• Coordinate front desk activities to ensure smooth office workflow
• Assist with insurance verification and patient communication as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a dental front office role
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in appointment scheduling and patient communication
• Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
• Experience with insurance verification (but not required)
• Time management and ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
