Workday Consultant (PATT)

We’re partnering with a leading global Workday services organization to hire a Workday PATT Managing Consultant to join their practice across North America.

You’ll be joining a collaborative, long-tenured team where quality delivery is prioritized, professional development is encouraged, and certification growth is actively supported.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead PATT optimization initiatives across multiple customers
• Own enhancement backlogs and drive best-practice configuration
• Support global expansions and M&A activities within Workday
• Provide hands‑on troubleshooting and release support
• Establish governance frameworks and champion continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

• Active Workday certifications in relevant PATT areas (required)
• Strong hands‑on Workday configuration experience across Payroll, Absence, and/or Time Tracking
• Experience in AMS, post-production support, or optimization-focused roles
• Demonstrated ability to lead workstreams, manage competing priorities, and deliver outcomes
• Experience supporting M&A and/or global Workday expansions (highly desirable)
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to operate effectively in complex, global environments
