Job Description:Design database structures that support the business needs of end users. Develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models. Define and design database structures. Evaluate hardware and software platforms and ensure system integration. Control meta data strategy, data cleansing, and security strategy.Essential Responsibilities and DutiesDevelops data models for effective data organization, while ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.Evaluates hardware and software platforms, ensures seamless system integration.Guides metadata strategy, oversees data cleansing, and implements robust security measures.Collaborates with stakeholders to understand and address evolving business requirements.Ables to independently conduct regular assessments of database structures for optimization and efficiency.Stays informed about emerging technologies and industry best practices in data architecture.Provides guidance on data-related projects and initiatives, ensures alignment with organizational goals.Education and Experience RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience)3–7 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar roleHands-on experience supporting Procurement processes in multiple ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA included)PreferredExperience with SAP S/4HANA (FI-AP)Experience with SAP Ariba (procurement and supplier lifecycle integration)Experience working with multiple ERP systems and participating in ERP implementations or migrations (including S/4HANA transformations)Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar tools for backlog and delivery managementExposure to implementing invoice automation tools and workflow platformsExperience supporting large-scale transformation programsKnowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesStrategic ownership of Finance applicationsSAP, Ariba, Workiva, BlackLineFinance, Accounting, Procurement, Audit, and IT alignmentRoadmap and demand managementAMS/vendor coordinationGovernance and prioritizationCross-functional delivery leadershipSummaryLocation: Tulsa, OKType: Full time
