Budget AnalystOld Harbor Solutions, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Budget Analyst to support financial planning, budgeting, and program cost management activities in Orlando, Florida Position Responsibilities:Assist in developing financial plans, budgets, and cost estimates for programs and projectsSupport preparation of cost estimates, projections, and rough order of magnitude analysesTrack and manage financial documentation, agreements, and approval processesMonitor budget execution, spending plans, and financial performance across programsMaintain accurate financial records, including tracking funding, obligations, and expendituresReconcile financial data and identify discrepancies or areas requiring attentionSupport development and maintenance of program budgets and financial forecastsConduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to support cost-effective decision-makingReview contracts, financial systems, and related documentation to ensure accuracy and compliancePrepare reports, dashboards, and presentations on financial status and funding requirementsAssist with estimating costs for ongoing and future program activitiesSupport workforce and resource planning through financial analysis and projectionsTrack and analyze planned versus actual expenditures and resource utilizationIdentify potential financial risks and provide recommendations to leadershipSupport audits by maintaining accurate documentation and financial recordsPosition Requirements:U.S. Citizenship is requiredMust possess an active SECRET clearance or aboveMust be able to pass Agency background checkBachelor's degree or equivalent experience7+ years of experience or advanced degree/ certificatePosition is onsite in Orlando, FL
