EARN $90,000–$95,000 pa + Super | Negotiable Based On Experience Visa Sponsorship Available Under DAMA for the Right Candidate Take the Lead Across a Buzzing Outdoor Restaurant, Two Cocktail Bars & Pool Club About The Company Our client operates a large-scale outdoor restaurant with 240 seats, two cocktail bars and a pool club, delivering the relaxed yet vibrant feel of a European summer venue rather than a typical Aussie pub or sports bar. The venue caters to a mixed-age, mixed-size crowd, from intimate tables of two through to groups of twenty, with a strong focus on quality table service. About The Opportunity The primary purpose of this position is to take full leadership of the restaurant and bar operation, ensuring smooth, high-quality service across the outdoor restaurant, both cocktail bars and the pool club. Some of your responsibilities will include: Managing day-to-day operations across the restaurant, two cocktail bars and pool club Overseeing table service for a mixed-age, mixed-size clientele in a busy, large-scale F&B setting Occasionally hiring and training casual wait staff, of which there are approximately a dozen on the floor Working alongside an Assistant Bar Manager, with strong involvement in both restaurant and bar management essential Adjusting operating structure across the season, with the venue open 5–7 days a week depending on demand and 7 days a week through summer About You The successful candidate will have: Background in busy, large food and beverage operations Confidence managing both restaurant and bar functions within one operation An energetic, hands-on professional approach with great organisational skills A proven track record successfully managing a reasonably large-scale restaurant operation What's in it for You?
