Job Title Locum – PA – Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant Location Hermiston, OR 97838 Department Emergency Department Shifts 12-hour Physician shifts 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. plus night call; 12-hour APP shifts 7 p.m. – 7 a.m. Daily Census 15–18 EMR EPIC Summary An Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background and be able to provide high-quality care to a diverse patient population. Responsibilities Provide medical care to patients in the emergency department Diagnose and treat a variety of medical conditions, including injuries, illnesses, and emergencies Order and interpret diagnostic tests Administer medications Initiate and manage patient care plans Provide education and counseling to patients and their families Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals Participate in continuing education and professional development activities Qualifications Board-certified or board-eligible in Emergency Medicine 3+ years of experience in an emergency department setting Strong clinical skills and judgment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to providing high-quality patient care Certification Requirements ACLS BLS Board Certified PALS State License Requirements Oregon Recruiter Amky Physicians (D) :View phone number on click.appcast.io (E): View email address on click.appcast.io #J-18808-Ljbffr
